This simple villa is located in the Kerobokan area. It’s just an 8-minute drive away from Seminyak and a 5-minutes drive from Batu Belig beach. The location in a very quiet spot in Kerobokan that brings serenity and peacefulness for those who don’t want to be in touristy areas. The distance to Udayana University campus in Jimbaran is 35 minutes and to the Denpasar campus only 20 minutes.
Uma Kesambi has 2 bedrooms; each room is equipped with a double bed, a small wardrobe and an air conditioner. There are 2 bathrooms, a dining table, an equipped kitchen and a living room.

We stayed 2 months in this villa in Spring 2014. Pros: The villa is very nice and clean. The landlady Vony understood most - communication via SMS was perfectly possible (if she didn't understand she just looked the word up in a dictionary) and is very nice. We had, unlike many others, less pressure on us to pay the whole rent. All minor problems (light bulbs, pool pump...) were usually resolved the same day and she liked to stay for a coffee. The clening staff came approximately every other day and the pool guy every 2 weeks. Scooter and helmets could be rented from her for a decent price. The location was very good for us. It took 15 minutes by scooter to Sanglah hospital, where we did our internship, about 12 minutes to Batu Belig beachs and about 20 minutes to Canggu beaches. Kesambi area in itself is quite touristy! Within walking distance there are 3 supermarkets (from Yoniko you can also buy SIM cards and recharge credit on your phone), various laundries and restaurants/warungs (Di Warung is directly opposite). The pool has sun from morning until approximately 1.30pm. Fittingly, the noodle guy arrived with his cart in the front of the villa around that time, so we were able buy a bowl of Bakso soup for 50 cents. Afterwards it was beach time. Small cons: It is a bit closer to a medium-busy street as we had imagined from the idyllic photos. Nevertheless, the noise is manageable, we were more annoyed by the neighbourhood roosters ;-) Summarized, we liked the villa very much and would recommend it. Small tips: About 5 minutes drive north of the villa you can find Tiara Gatzu supermarket. It is quite large and sells also fruits and vegetables. There is also a market on the intersection on Jl.Petitenget and Jl.Raya Kerobokan. We travelled to Tanah Lot, Sanur, Jimbaran, Uluwatu and Nusa Dua with our scooters. For longer trips we used the fair-priced services of driver Eka (www.ekatours.com).
