Our activity booking assistant perform administrative duties and other functions that help streamline the daily activity booking operations of our organisation.
Job type: Full time (Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm / Flexibility is a must)
- Confirm activity bookings by email
- Answer client questions by email, messaging and phone
- Resolving customer and partner issues
- Monthly reporting of activity bookings
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in Indonesian (mother tongue)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Completed university studies is highly appreciated
- Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Experience in Tourism Management is a plus
- Familiar with western culture
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Strong communication
- Work independently
- Animal lover is s plus
Activity Booking Assistant reports directly to the management.
